There is no tracking number or facilities for normal postage and JOREEN CLAIRE or SingPost cannot be liable for
the loss of mail. SingPost is unlikely to be able to assist in requests regarding lost normal mails as well.
JOREEN CLAIRE recommends registered postage at an additional $2.24 for local purchases. Registered postage is
compulsory for overseas purchases.
Should sent parcels be rejected due to no fault of JOREEN CLAIRE, buyer will have to bear the postage charges for

Exchange Policy
Measurements might not be exact. Discrepancies in colors and measurements are not defects.
If you have received a wrong item, please email us with a clear snapshot of the wrong item within seven (7) days
(21 days for international buyers) from the time we sent the items (you would have been informed by email) at
